ALL POSITIONS ARE IN A FAST PACED ENVIRONMENT!
MUST BE FLEXIBLE WITH HOURS AND AVAILABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS. MOST SHIFTS ARE EVENINGS. SOME SHIFTS ARE DOUBLES.
WAITSTAFF- Must be able to carry trays of food. Speak with guests. Do server banking. Must learn our menu so you can answer guests questions. Must learn our computer system.
BARTENDER- Same qualifications as the waitstaff. Plus knowledge of how to mix drinks & pour beers while taking care of a busy bar.
DISHWASHER- We have recently installed a state of the art dishwashing system that you would be running. Along with washing the dishes you would be delivering the clean dishes to the cooks line.
COOK- Depending on what is needed and what you have been trained by us to do you could be fry cooking, sautéing, making salads, being the runner.
HOST- Greeting & seating guests.
BUS PERSON- Must be able to carry heavy trays. Clearing, sanitizing, and setting tables for our guests. Sorting silverware, washing napkins, and folding napkins, as well as rolling silver for table settings.
